Located in exclusive Monte Carlo, Monaco, Galerie Charles III is now home to Gaia restaurant. Developed by chef Izu Ani and Bulldozer Group, the Greek-Mediterranean concept replaces the old Bagatelle restaurant. Scope of works comprised rearranging and redecorating both interior and exterior in Aegean style. Notable architectural works include: full-height wall panelling in tinted glass with wood veneer inlays; plaster coving and BASWA Phon ceilings; tailor-made features (library, bar fitout, food corner, waiter stations) with glass, wood, metal and stone elements.
