A project aiming at providing high quality housing with low environmental impact. The result: 32 housing units blending in with the green surroundings. The project turns the unevenness of the ground to its advantage. Construction density is gradually decreased on the upper floors to reduce impact and a step-like layout is employed to let sunlight in at the lower levels. Each unit is rationally arranged to create living environments that are bright and spacious. For example, the open plan kitchen/living room area overlooks the garden - which is intended to visually enlarge and lighten up the space.
