Skycity undertook a full refurbishment of their freshly purchased building - known as the AA building – which would make the company’s headquarters in the heart of Auckland CBD. The works included an upgrade to the lobby and a brand new 5,400m2 workspace fit-out. The project site was split over 6 levels and was to provide modern commercial office and breakout space for Skycity employees. A staged delivery programme was implemented to minimise the amount of disruption to the existing building users with the Contractor taking possession and handing over floors as they became available/complete.
