The building designed by Floret Scheide Architects is based on a mixed structure of reinforced concrete and wood supporting facades in wood cladding. The building can boast extremely low heating needs. Thanks to an appropriate insulation system, the optimization of passive solar gains and a double flow ventilation equipped with a recuperator, its heating consumption can remain under 15 kWh / m² per year. Designed to have a primary energy consumption of less than 50 kWH / m² per year, the project meets the criteria of the Climate Plan for the City of Paris, as well as those required to obtain certifications such as PH & E, PASSIVHAUS and BBC Effinergie.
