The project featured the rehabilitation of an occupied Saumur Habitat building with 30 housing units. The programme included several structural and plaster works; roofing renovation; roof insulation; external insulation and renovation; replacement of balcony railings, entrance hall doors and access control systems; smoke extraction systems; replacement of exterior joinery and shutters; electrical works (high voltage/low voltage networks); plumbing; sanitary; heating and mechanical ventilation; overhaul of interior joinery, tiling; faience; painting; wall hangings; wall and soft floor coverings.
