The programme consists in the renovation of ‘EHPAD Les métiers’ as well as in building an extension. With a living space of 4,363 m2, the existing building is split on four levels. It features 66 flats of 33 m2 – renovated and refurbished to provide charm and comfort – as well as 4 extra short stay accommodation (before returning home or retirement home, or before hospitalisation). An extension of 385 m2 split on two levels now hosts new administrative spaces and recreation rooms as well as a dining area.
