Two separate volumes give shape to the project: the first being the linear park front; the second an area featuring sculptural forms. In order to add movement to the linear facades, the central body of the building is treated as an origami shaped by the irregularly arranged balconies. The proximity to the park inspired Brenac & Gonzales to allow for generous outdoor spaces, as a natural extension of living rooms and kitchens. The diversity and the freedom of their shape create a very luminous ensemble. A building with a strong, unique identity, an ode to individuality and joyful diversity.
