One eye on the past, one eye on the future. This challenging project aims at combining the permanent dimension of the city’s heritage with the specific destination of the complex and its possible evolution in the short to medium term. The key elements of the project follow this very logic in order to organize the space. Three 5-storey buildings with penthouses host the dwellings. Their shape is determined so as to respect the constraints with future projects. Placed at the corner of Rue Binet and Avenue de la Porte Montmartre, a fourth building offers different shapes and capacity for non-residential use.
