About this project

Preparing for the opening of the new MMArena stadium, the Le Mans football club officials felt that the name 'MUC 72' - Le Mans Union Club 72 – did not fully represent the club and decided to change it to 'Le Mans FC' - Le Mans Football Club. This triggered the expansion and redevelopment of the administrative headquarters of the club to create new administrative, medical, and workout facilities; to develop a professional laundry; to create a Club House; and to rehabilitate the exterior facades of existing buildings.

Our role

We were appointed during the ‘Post Contract’ phase to provide ‘Project Control & Advisory’ for the extension and fit-out of the le Mans FC headquarter designed by Philippe Masliah. The project was administered and delivered under a single contract within a 9-month execution programme. Our involvement encompassed direct and indirect management of enabling works, construction, furniture, equipment, professional fees, security installations, external works, landscaping and general attendances. The services we procured included, but were not limited to, the following:
