This 48-unit housing complex is specifically designed to make the most of a building with reduced common areas. The design also features favourable orientation for most units; pleated facades to allow for natural light; dual aspect flats or units with double orientation; optimization of the service ducts; stacked balconies on the south facades protected by openwork screens; external shutters eliminating any airtight problem; and, on our advice, a simple building structure where load-bearing walls merely separate dwellings.
