The project featured the rehabilitation of 532 housing units in ‘Les Glonnières’ district. The programme included several structural and plaster works; roofing renovation; roof insulation; external insulation and renovation; replacement of balcony railings; compliance works for the common areas; replacement of entrance hall doors and access control systems; replacement of exterior joinery and shutters; electrical works (high voltage/low voltage networks); plumbing; sanitary; heating and mechanical ventilation; overhaul of interior joinery; tiling; faience; painting; wall hangings; wall and soft floor coverings.
