Part of a huge urban planning project, this 32-unit housing complex offers intentionally basic volumes, which are supported by contrasting materials. Proportions are plain and of easy interpretation, structure respects the classic hierarchy of an urban building (basement, building, roof). No balcony, no terrace interrupts the flatness of the facades. Only the guardrails of the living rooms and the grids of the ground floor change the tone in order to match the small neighbouring park. Each living room has a balcony and the top-floor flats enjoy a generous terrace.
