Refurbishment of multiple residential units in Paris and across the Paris region. Generic scope of works comprised renovation and upgrade works of building entrances, lobbies and common areas such as replacement of main doors and access control systems, improvement of building accessibility, refurbishment of lifts lobbies, corridors and staircases. Scope also included the full refurbishment of apartments, replacement of building service equipment (mechanical, electrical, heating, fire protection) and enhancement of thermal building envelope (external insulation to rooves and facades).
