About this project

Hard Rock Cafe Prague, one of Europe's largest Hard Rock Cafe. The Club is situated in the four-storey V.J.Rott building with a beautifully decorated neo-Renaissance façade and frescos. The cafe is located in the heart of old Prague less than 50 meters from the famous Old Town Square. The three-level, 1900-square-meter cafe includes two vibrant bars and features a unique compilation of memorabilia from Hard Rock’s world-famous collection completed by a 5-meter custom-made chandelier in the shape of a guitar. Driven by this success, HR had studied the feasibility to open a new international standing 4-star hotel (552 keys), spa and casino right outside the city-centre.

Our role

We were appointed during the ‘Feasibility’ phase to provide ‘Project Control & Advisory’ for the construction of a new ‘Hard Rock’ 4-star hotel and casino designed by Pelcak a Partner. The project design is currently under development and completion is forecasted in the course of 2022. Our involvement encompassed project feasibility studies of land, taxes, permits, enabling works, demolition, construction, furniture, equipment, security installations, external works, landscaping and general attendances. The services we procured included, but were not limited to, the following:
