The project featured the rehabilitation of 48 housing units located in 3 different buildings (Building A, Route de Lattre de Tassigny, Building B, Rue Maréchal Lyautey and Building C, rue du Maréchal Leclerc). The programme included various structural and plaster works; roof insulation; maintenance path; wooden railing; emergency egress; external insulation; slate cladding; entrance hall doors; smoke extraction systems; replacement of exterior joinery and shutters; electrical works (high voltage/low voltage networks); plumbing; sanitary; heating and mechanical ventilation; interior joinery; tiling; faience ; painting; wall and soft floor coverings.
