About this project

Based in the Issy Seine Ecodistrict, the building features non-linear volumes, a beach house style at the lower levels and a jagged skyline. As a hub, the green courtyard connects the numerous entry halls. The project combines apartments, shops and a day nursery – an ambitious project that François Leclercq approached with the aim of giving its future residents unique individual housing with generous outside spaces. Some of the balconies are equipped with glass sliding doors, a key feature that turns them into conservatories during the cold seasons.

Our role

We were appointed during the ‘Pre Contract’ phase to provide ‘Cost Management’ for the construction of a new 370-unit residential eco-building plus health & social premises (9 storeys) designed by François Leclercq. The project was administered and delivered under a single contract within a 36-month execution programme. Our involvement encompassed direct and indirect management of enabling works, demolition, construction, equipment, security installations, external works, landscaping and general attendances. The services we procured included, but were not limited to, the following:

Cost Management

  • Feasibility studies, benchmarking, financial advice and budget preparation
  • Preparation of estimates, cost planning and cash flow forecasting
  • Establishment of the procurement strategy
  • Contractual mechanisms and financial safeguards advice (insurance, bonds, warranties, taxes & duties)
  • Preparation of tender document (contracts, written specifications and bill of quantities)
  • Contracts administration
