About this project

The project consisted in the construction of a Medical home as well as a Special care nursing home hosting 45 adults diagnosed with 'Autism Spectrum Disorder' (ASD) or 'related disorders'. Built on an area of 7000 m2, the premises host a community living space on the ground floor, including dining rooms, entertainment, wellness, care, admin and logistics. Upstairs, 4 living units for 25 interns and a day school for 45 people (including 20 interns), communal areas and offices for supervisors.

Our role

We were appointed during the ‘Pre Contract’ phase to provide ‘Project Management’ for the construction of two care houses (70 beds) designed by Jacques Menninger Architecte. The project was administered and delivered under a multiple contract within a 20-month execution programme. Our involvement encompassed direct and indirect management of enabling works, construction, furniture, equipment, professional fees, security installations, external works, landscaping and general attendances. The services we procured included, but were not limited to, the following:
