Located in a rural setting, EPHAD ‘Résidence Neyret’ provides comfortable accommodation to residents with all kinds of health issues. It features 60 beds in 56 single rooms (20m² / room) and 4 double rooms (33m² / room). The building consists of four wings, the latest of which (with its 12 unsecured rooms) is specifically suited to accommodate disoriented people: Alzheimer or related disorders. Some of the single or double rooms are equipped with a private shower. The building also features a Snoezelen room (controlled multisensory environment), a very pleasant winter garden and a 7000 m² park.
