The Federal Street Hotel is targeting a 5 Star Hotel rating – a hotel that is to be considered a landmark building for the city with facilities that project an international image. Among its features: natural design emphasising modernity, large and open spaces; volume and light; contemporary atmosphere and materials; innovative elements; 300 rooms (Keys) plus penthouse suites and VIP Gaming Suites. A place of wellbeing designed to accommodate in style individual, business and corporate guests. This property investment is one of the 2010s project in the country.

Our role

We were appointed during the ‘Feasibility’ phase to provide ‘Project Control & Advisory’ for the construction of a new 5-star hotel-apartment landmark building in Auckland CBD designed by Moller. The project design is currently under development and completion is forecasted in the course of 2023. Our involvement encompassed project feasibility studies of land, taxes, permits, enabling works, demolition, construction, furniture, equipment, security installations, external works, landscaping and general attendances. The services we procured included, but were not limited to, the following:
