Les points forts du centre-ville sont la mairie, l\u2019\u00e9glise, le parc ainsi que l\u2019ensemble urbain qui les relie. La maison de ma\u00eetre \u00e0 l\u2019Est a \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9e afin de lui redonner son caract\u00e8re et sa forme unitaire. L\u2019inscription dans le site permet d\u2019agrandir l\u2019espace public, de cr\u00e9er une liaison entre la rue et le parc et d\u2019am\u00e9nager une place devant le nouveau b\u00e2timent. Cette place vient enrichir l\u2019espace urbain existant et propose un lieu de vie pour les habitants de la
