Ce b\u00e2timent instaure un nouvel \u00e9quilibre architectural dans le site hospitalier. Poss\u00e9dant une autonomie propre du fait de son envergure, il s\u2019int\u00e8gre dans le projet m\u00e9dical de Tenon et dans son organisation spatiale : r\u00e9seaux, desserte logistique, circulation des v\u00e9hicules et des pi\u00e9tons. Le b\u00e2timent se d\u00e9veloppe au croisement de l\u2019avenue Gambetta et de la rue Pelleport sur la place Paul Signac.
